- What is the Cycle Box?
- A quarterly box with everything for one drain-to-drain water change except sanitizer: Line Flush, fill packets counted for your water, pH Lock, weekly enzyme and oxidizer doses, and test strips.
- Can I buy one today?
- Not yet. We're finishing testing. Check your water and save your result, and we'll email you when your matched box is ready.
- Is Water Match a lab test?
- No. It's an estimate based on your local water system's data. You confirm it with a strip on fill day, and the card tells you exactly what to do if the strip disagrees.
- Does the Cycle Box replace my sanitizer?
- No. Keep free chlorine at 3 ppm or higher, or bromine at 4–8 ppm, with your own registered product whenever the tub is in use.
- Does it work with bromine, salt, ozone, or UV?
- It's designed to. None of the packets conflict with those systems. Our beta includes different setups so we can confirm it.
- What's in the packets?
- Everything is listed on the How it works page, packet by packet.
- How much will it cost?
- Planned pricing is $119 a box on a quarterly subscription, or $129 for a one-time box. Prices may change before launch.
- I'm on a well. Can I use Water Match?
- Yes. Enter your strip readings and we'll build your profile from your actual water.
- What happens to my ZIP and email?
- We use them to match your water and tell you when your box is ready. We never sell your data.
- I bought a founding membership. What happens now?
- We've paused founding memberships. Your choice: $99 credit toward first Cycle Box or a full refund. We'll email you to ask which you'd like.
